This website is operated by HYGGO PTY LTD (ABN 26 680 569 653), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, trading as ModongCup. By using our website (modongcup.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in your local currency. Depending on your delivery destination, taxes and duties apply as follows:

• GST/VAT: Included in the price for customers in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and other applicable countries.
• Canada: GST/HST is added at checkout.
• Other regions: Any applicable import duties or taxes are charged by the destination country upon delivery.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payment processing is securely handled by Stripe and PayPal, meaning we never see or store your full card numbers. We do not support buy now, pay later services (such as Afterpay or Klarna).

Shipping and Delivery

We provide free shipping to every country we deliver to. Please note the following shipping guidelines:

• Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses with tracking.
• Delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days, but can take up to 30 business days for remote areas.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. You can track your package on the carrier's website. Signed-in users can also check order status under Account > Orders.
• If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us so we can re-send the items or issue a full refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (and your local consumer law) always apply. In addition, we offer the following policies:

• Change of Mind: You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage, and please note that our return address may be located overseas.
• Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the items. We will provide a refund or a replacement.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Privacy and Cookies

We care about your privacy. Our policies are designed to comply with the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR:

• Information We Collect: We collect your name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and order details. This information is only used to fulfill your orders and handle customer support requests.

• Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by sending us an email.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your shopping cart, sign-in details, shipping destination, currency, and language preferences. Stripe and PayPal set their own cookies for fraud prevention at checkout. We also use a single first-party cookie that remembers how you first arrived on our site (which expires after 90 days) to help us measure our marketing. We do not use any advertising cookies.
