Our Commitment to You

At ModongCup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your portable heating cups, car kettles, and insulated flasks. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (and your local consumer law) always apply to all purchases made on our store.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide your purchase is not right for you, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs.
• Please be aware that our return address may be located overseas.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately. To help us assist you quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a refund or a replacement.

Delivery Issues and Lost Orders

Orders are shipped from our suppliers' warehouses and usually arrive within 7 to 20 business days (and up to 30 business days for remote areas). If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us. We will either re-send your order or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days.
