Shipping and Delivery Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping

At ModongCup, we are pleased to offer free shipping to every country we deliver to. All orders are sent directly from our suppliers' warehouses with tracking.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. Please allow up to 30 business days for deliveries to remote areas.

Order Tracking and Support

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's site to track your delivery. If you are signed into your account, you can also find your order history and tracking details under Account > Orders.

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will re-send the order or refund it in full.

Prices are shown in your local currency. Depending on your shipping destination, taxes and duties apply as follows:

• GST/VAT Included: Taxes are included in the price for Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and others.
• Canada: GST/HST is added at checkout.
• Other Locations: Any import duties or taxes, if applicable, are charged by the destination country on delivery.
