Secure Checkout and Payment Protection

At ModongCup, your payment security is our top priority. We offer a safe checkout experience through industry-leading providers:

• Accepted Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
• Secure Processing: All payments are securely processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full credit card numbers.
• Payment Terms: Please note that we do not offer buy now, pay later options (such as Afterpay or Klarna).

Refunds If Your Order Does Not Arrive

We offer free worldwide shipping with tracking. Most orders sent from our suppliers arrive within 7 to 20 business days (and up to 30 business days for remote areas). To protect you during transit:

• Tracking Protection: We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Registered customers can also find tracking details under Account > Orders.
• Non-Arrival Guarantee: If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us. We will re-send your order or refund you in full.

Refunds for Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us by email with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly provide a refund or a replacement. Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and the return address may be overseas.

Consumer Guarantees

Your rights and consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and your local consumer law always apply to every purchase from our shop.
